Participant Waiver – BHSN Senior Assassin 2026
This agreement must be read and digitally signed by all participants prior to registration. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you understand and accept your responsibility for your actions while participating in the BHSN Senior Assassin game and agree to comply with all established rules.
Acknowledgment of Rules: I have read and understood the Official Rules for the BHSN Senior Assassin 2026. I understand that these rules are subject to change and that such changes will be communicated via the designated Instagram account.
Acceptance of Responsibility: I understand that this game is not school- or district-sponsored, and is completely student-organized. I acknowledge that participating in the BHSN Senior Assassin game entails inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury. I agree to participate voluntarily and assume any risks associated with the game.
Liability Release: I hereby release and hold harmless the game administrators, Bloomington High School North, and the Monroe County Community School Corporation from any and all claims, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in this game, even if such claims arise from negligence.
Safety Commitment: I agree to adhere to all safety rules as outlined in the Official Rules, especially those regarding gameplay, acceptable elimination methods, and protection measures.
Elimination Due to Non-compliance: I understand that failure to comply with the rules, including those related to eliminating my target, safety measures, and proof of eliminations, may result in permanent elimination from the game without the option of refund.
Behavioral Responsibility: I understand that my behavior may affect my eligibility to continue in the game, and I agree to act respectfully towards all participants, venues, and bystanders. Dangerous or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in my removal from the game.
By registering, I confirm that I am a senior at Bloomington High School North and eligible to participate in the BHSN Senior Assassin 2026 game. I have read the entirety of this document and the rules, understand their contents, and agree to abide by the rules and conditions set forth herein. If I am under 18 years of age, a legal parent/guardian also understands the above documents’ contents, and will agree on my behalf.
